Daulton Point Construction Mike Moore $11,200 lost to Mike Moore at Daulton Leander Texas
I gave Mike Moore $11,200 of a $30,000 contract and have about $3,000 worth of work done and he won't call back or come finish the job. The contract was signed on March 29, 2017 and it took him till June 8, 2017 to finish a small patio and the base for one table and 1/4 of the other base for my grill and refrigerator.
I had another mason come by and he said that one of the bases will crack because it was installed with part of it one my existing patio and the other part on the new patio.

WOW... Here we go. I admit that it took longer to work than expected but not that long. Weaather and rain shut us down for quite a while, I explained when we signed the contract that we where backed up 1 month also and it didnt help that after construction was started they took a month and a half european vacation.
The stone that they selected which was paid for, delivered and is on site. cost $2,800.00
thats almost $3,000.00 by its self.
Concrete pad for 325 sq.ft. of stone and patio stone installed. And there was no cold joint at all.
A stone table base was built
An 3ft. wide x 8ft. long outdoor kitchen with grill, doors and fridge. Countertops for both of these items where in draw number 2, which we never recived and is we we left the job.
Also we saw cut through concrete 36 ft for a gas line.
All and all the recipts added up to almost 15,000.00 which has been verified by our attroney and a lawsuit has been filed against them through Choate and Associates Law Firm in Austin, Tx. Attn: Lawerance Chang
Not only for money owed to us but for false claims. This all happened after myself and 4 of my guys had laid out our toolsfor the mornings work, I asked for the second draw as per the contract and then we meet then all hell broke loose. screaming , yelling at us, my guys were all looking like what do we do so I said ROLL IT UP WE ARE DONE HERE!!!!
They were trying to stop us from taking our own tools and continued screaming and yelling, cussing etc.
Screw this claim, it is so false.
