Complaint Review: david antonelli - Select State/Province

Be Aware and stay away from dealing with David Antonelli that formerly was located at 310 Woodside dr in West Chicago.

Operates or used to operate National commercial mortgage funding.

I had signed up with David Antonelli to procure a Loan as well. He talked the talk and made it seem like it was a walk in the park wih his conections and know how in being able to obtin the funds. He kept show boating his current deals.And what he can do. Even though lenders were tightening the belts on giving monies out.

I had explained to him everyting about me and my situation upfront and told him this is what you are working with and asked ..."can you still get me the monies"  as to which he replied that he could based on my background and experience, and that if he didn't, then he would refund monies.

He had asked to be paid 1% to start the process and that it would go toward the closing fees. In the event that the funds would not be approved or disbursed, he would reimburse the monies. As a matter of fact he insisted on the 1% up front.

Said it was for him and his partner in New York

I was hesitant and said i would prefer to give a lessor amount until some type of progress or approval would be granted by the end lender.

David offered a discounted amount in order to get all themonies upfront. Said he and his partner discussed a lower fee if i did.....  Against my better judgement i did.

Needless to say months would go by without hearing anything from David Antonelli or any financial institutions.

Not 1  inquiry into my credit or Even any questions from David or any underwriter from financial institutions whatsoever.  Either for personnal info or documentation of any sort. And when i would have to call him several times to try and get him, he would sing a different song as to how difficult it is to get loans and approvals, where as he stated he could get it approved when he wanted to get the 1% upfront.He never called me with any news whatsoever. But when i call him, he had all kinds of news and things happening

Again this went on and on for a lengthy period of time, and when constantly confronting him to refund my monies, he would inject additional false hope in different banks that he was working with to get the monies.

After pressuring him for a refund, he kept promising to reimburse my monies as he was getting close to closing some other deals and that he would pay me back.This went on for over a year, with his false promises of getting a loan and or reimbursing me my monies.

Along the way as he ran out of excuses on financing and refunds, he always had a sad story to tell. Either it be a sickness, or someone died or his divorce and his wife taking everyting.And then finally he admitted that he had no monies.. Or maybe another excuse.

As of Today he has not made any good effort in paying back. lump sum or payments.

I know David will read this and will want to rebuttle to cover his hide. As he stated to the last individual on this forum, there is protocull to follow for a refund.. I have yet to ever hear of or know of any refund policy that he has in place that i need to excercise.

  David.....Please elaborate on this refund policy with a  step by step instruction so we can all follow it in order to clear your name and get our monies back. Or better yet please provide a sample of it hear on this forum for all to see.

Lastly... If David Antonelli decides to respond to this with additional lies, antics and twists i will respond back with mentioning other names and parties that will only open up additional cans of worms for David.

I suggest David Antonelli do the right thing and settle with the individuals that he has hurt. And it should be no problem considering the amount of large deals and monies that he makes acoording to himself.

In the meantime... everyone need to excersice extreme caution in dealing with him or avoid at all costs.

I have no problem clearing his name ones he makes good on his refund and policy of getting a refund to me and others.
