I have ordered a pair of Ecco shoes as a present for my wife. I did receive a package (after a month of waiting), but what was inside was a completely different Ecco model (I'm not even sure about the correct size), perhaps an old stock.
I would gladly sort this problem out with the seller, but he/she/they stopped answering my emails.
