I 've been scammed before, but thought for once I maybe had found something good especially where it involved trading. I got David Ryan's postcard around the second week in july and downloaded his 35 page report. After reading it I thought who would go to all the trouble to write such a lengthy report and talk about a password protected site if they were a scammer.

I sent The $249 cashiers check to a P O Box in Miami as he had requested and he emailed me my login info to the inner circle website. I went to it downloaded all the guides and read them over. I found I had many questions that I wanted answers for before I chose two brokers as he'd suggested and asked him to make my first trade.

I called him on the 31st of July and left a voicemail. I called again on Aug 1st and left a second voicemail. That same night Aug 1st I senr him an email asking him to please call me I had questions. He did not respond.

I then decided to google him which I had done before I'd sent him the money, but had come up with nothing. This tine however I added schoolteacher to billionaire next to his name and found this site with reports from others who have fallen into his trap.

I then wrote him a pleading email telling him of my horrible financial situation and how the $249 I sent him would buy 3 weeks worth of groceries for me. I asked him to return my money to me if he had no intentions of helping me to profit with Forex. I asked him to search his heart and soul and do the right thing. I guess he doesn't have either because I haven't heard anything and I sent that email a couple days ago.

We need to maybe all get together and file a class action lawsuit against this fraud and theif and take him for everything he's got. He's getting rich off of people like us who just want a better life for ourselves and our families.

David Ryan now does business as Vincent Pena

Just to update everyone. David Ryan no longer goes by his own name. He is now posing as a "Mr Vincent Pena", an ex Wall Street trader... I myself was scammed just last week. I have already posted a report on here as well about it. He is now accepting credit cards but only charging $125 instead and $45 per month thereafter. However he still requires that 10% of "your "income made from trading" be paid to him every month. It is very sad that he can take people's money, promise them so much support and yet deliver. It now shows that he is even more of a scam-artist because he is now using an alias in a bid to cover up his tracks. He has now been exposed. It is time we all do something about this fraudulent man. He's been ripping off people for too long.

David Ryan Sent Bo Refund As Stated

David Ryan Posted a rebuttal to my report on Aug 13th saying he sent me a refund.Last night I sent him a lengthy email, but as of 1:00 today have had no rsponse. I don't know how people who rob from innocent financially strapped people can look in the murror, sleep at night or even live with themselves and feel no guilt about what they are doing. He asks why I got involved if I didn't have money to lose? That's simple he made it sound like as long as I followed his lead I wouldn't lose. Also why does he say he has ongoing support, give an email address and his phone number if he can't make the time to help his inner circle. And if he's so wealthy $249 should be nothing to him. I'M NOT LETTING THIS GO> I AM SICK OF BEIBF RIPPED OFF BY SCUM LIKE DAVID RYAN.

This person has the same access to information that all other people have. Some people try to run before they can walk, or expect to much to soon. They need to relax and read the information provided and visit our web site once a day. We suggest to all to paper trade or just watch what we do for 30 days so they feel comfortable. As with any endevor to make money, you should not be taking these kind of risks if you are desperate for cash as there is a little risk invloved. If this person is so close to the breadline they should not be doing this or any kind of business until they have money they can afford to lose. We will see what we can do to help them, or send a refund. Dave Ryan
