David S Kohm & Associates, David Kohm Attorney At Law didn't do his job. Doesn't return phone calls. Tries to charge fees even when fired. Arlington Texas
I fired this attorney after months and months of lies and no work being done on my auto accident case. I have met dozens of former and current clients with problems ranging from money being kept that belongs to client. Clients files being lost. Court papers that weren't even filed. Retainers that were kept and no work done.
I have lots of other of his clients telling me that he nevers calls them back and they are told one amount that their settlement check is and then the next day or when they come to sign to get their check it is a lot less than they were told.
David Kohm was fired by me and several other people I met while protesting in front of his office to get him to release his contingency fee he didn't even earn. I was lied to several times by his assistant before I fired his firm. Several of his former clients told me they lost their homes because he didn't file or handle their bankruptcys properly. His office lost this other laddies file twice in two years and sent an attorney to her deposition that slept through the entire thing.
