Davison - Davison International ripoff, a very well designed and orchestrated scam, these people are unconsionable Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
I too have been scamed by Davison before finding the report site. the inital fee $685.00 like the others, and $8,000.00 deposit. they expect another $5,000.00 when they are done. All I get is "still waiting for it to come out of design".
I sent their first 2D picture of somebody elses idea at davison back to them. I filed complaints to the Penn. BBB,Penn. A.G. and the F.T.C.
My director of new products was David Ursiak, who later quit. He was replaced with new director of new products Greg McKita. Mr. McKita signed David Ursiak's name to the so called virtual presentation, because he was not proud of his work, Obviously.
It took from April 84 to Nov. 84 to send it. After I refused their pretension, I started to do my own prints so I could file my patent application before my April 6, 05 deadline on the provisional application to protect my invention from theft.
In the three months from receiving the virtual fraud, I was able to file the application, with blue prints I drew up, and make an electronic version of the mechanical model Davison was to make. At this time they are still waiting forit to come out of design, while I have five working prototypes of the electronic version.
I had $78,000.00 in sales lined up for the version Davison was to make which they made me lose along with the monies I paid them.
Davison calls me once a week with an update that is nothing more than "still waiting for it to come out of design". Once I start marketing my electronic version I will start proceedings against Davison if they have not performed to my expectations.
