I sent $685.00 in 4 seperate payments to Tim Lucarini, Senior director of New Products. I also sent him a letter to only contact me by mail because my phone was disconnected, due to my losing my residence. I have yet to hear anything from him I only got signatures on my return requested papers from the Postal Services.
I have yet to hear from anyone from this company they have my design and my money. I lost my residence and am staying with relatives now so I can get back on my feet I thought they were genuine and they have shattered all my dreams. They have breached the contract I had with them they got may money and I got nothing in return. I just want my money back and my design, they have hurt me emotionally and financially.

How are all of us going to get our money and designs back. I have filed a complaint with the Fair Trade Commission and haven't even heard anything from them either.

I have received a book with my invention in it, and a survey on how they have treated me. Have not answered or sent it back, this came after I call the company wanting my money back Am still looking for help in a class action suit on this company

I called Davison 2 times and Tim Lucarini wouldn't come to the phone. Receptionist said he wasn't in but when I called 3 seconds later he was there but wasn't answering phone. I told receptionist to tell him to send my design and my money back. I then filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am not fooling around Davison.

HI PATRICIA, MY NAME IS ABBEY....HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME THING AS YOU EXCEPT I HAVE LOST TOTAL OF $1,685.00 AND THEY ARE REFUSING MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I COMMENTED ABOUT DAVISON ON THIS WEBSITE....NOTHING THAT WAS NOT THE TRUTH. ALSO SEE WRGB.COM AND CLICK ON ITEAM AND SEE THE REPORT ABOUT INVENTION SCMAS...DAVISON IS ON IT AND SO AM I IN REGARDS TO MY STORY WITH THEM, THEY PROMISED TO FINANCE $7,718.00 IF I SENT $1,000.00 DOWN AND AFTER I SENT THE MONEY THEIR STORY CHANGED COMPLETELY AND STEVE CIANFLONE DIRECTOR OF NEW IDEAS, DENIED EVER SAYING THAT TO ME....AND THEIR LAYWERS ARE JUST AS SLICK AND DEVIANT... I have to figure out my next step to try and get my money back, I called their office and told the receptionist to let Lucarini know he has a week to return my design and my money or I go to the next step. We need to find more victims and start a class action suit and put this company out of business, we all need our money, and we worked hard for it and to let someone who we had faith in rip us off. Nuh uh Davison Development. Your turn is finally coming.
