I am extremely un-happy with the service that this company has offered and delivered. I spent $685.00 for the "INVENTEGRATION" portfolio that contained absolutely nothing that directly references my product.
Like other complaints, these so called professionals sent me a professionally bound portfolio that any local office store could have done for less than $10.00.
Further more the content was an absolute joke. I would assume that if a company promises to prepare a portfolio to be presented to industry that the information should speak about that product. The initial contract was just a conjugation of verbal "mumbo jumbo" that any 1st year English major going for his or her associates could have written.
I contacted Mr. Tony Laruso and expressed to him my dissatisfaction only to be placed in position that felt as if it were my entire fault for lack of experience in this field.
I told him and his associates that we would no longer be doing business and if he felt it necessary to scam a soldier whom has protected this country for 16 years and counting than he needed the money more than me. Please steer clear from this company. I have been had.
