This woman's specialty is enticing married men and committed partners , she then cleans them out through guilt and bribery. For over thirty years she has operated an illegal food vending business called Skippydogs, which is a very popular, but illegal hotdog vending truck located on the East side of Hylan blvd. between Seaver and Stobe Avenues on Staten Island (Richmond County, New York)(See statenislandeats.com)(and type in Skippyshotdogs) for proof of this claim.
