i ordered a new battery for my laptop on 9/26/11. they had an option to have it delivered from a CA fulfillment center. I selected that. should have taken only a few days to a week. they said i would get it in 6 days. now it is 10/14. when i trace the tracking #, it is clearly coming from china. i would never have purchased it if i knew that. they have not returned my email, phone calls, or requests for live chat. 

RIPOFF!!! buyer beware!

DealExtreme is in China.  Shipping from China takes longer than 17 days.  They even tell you that right when you order.  If you want it faster, order from Apple.
