Dealton Financial Services Aka Constellation Financial Group ripped off for $$$ ripoff New York New York
I applied for a small business start up loan through a referral company named Anderson Referrals and was contacted by Dealton in July 2004. Lauryn Moore contacted me and told me I had been approved for a $75,000.00 loan. With the purchase of a insurance policy I would have my loan within 24-48 hours. After sending the money western union to a Regan Penney (who was to be my insurance agent)and waiting the time allotted I did not receive a loan. Called serveral times until I reached Tony Stark; he said they had made a mistake on the amount of the policy and I needed to send additional money to cover the charge and for my trouble they would increase my loan to $80,000.00.
I never received any loan or refund from these people, I sent over $12,000.00. I talked to 5 different people; Lauryn Moore, Tony Stark, Kathleen Turner, Sheila Reed and a Diane Newman. This is the catch each person you talk with tell you a different reason to get you to send more money. And each time they will apolize and increase the amount of your loan. Before all it was over with I had been promised a $80,000.00 loan plus a $20,000.00 grant for my troubles.
It all sounds good but it is just a scam. It didn't really dawn on me that it was a scam until the last time I talked with Diane Newman (who was suppose to have been the District Manager; yea right!!). The names they were giving me were Actresses names.
I had told a friend about them and she got caught up to. She talked with the Corey Newman and he was suppose to be from Constellation Financial Group. Same thing the telephone numbers cwere different but when I called the number she had I reached Diane Newman as well.
I have all documentation and dates if you need them. I have been trying to contact them and with no sucess. I need my money back it has put me in a very hard situtation. I want revenge, I want the $100,000.00 they promised me or my money back plus.. Also, I think maybe if we hold some of these internet providers with the responsiblity for people like these ripping off poor people the problem may just get some of the scam artist a second thought. I think internet providers should check out companies that is offering these types of services to see if they are legit or not.
