For all of Jennifer's verbose, we understand that there was a problem with her first Bichon puppy which was not a "life-threatening congenital defect" which would be covered under her written guarantee. However, in the interest of good business Debcha Kennels did in fact replace her puppy immediately and allowed her to keep the first puppy which had the defect because she was attached to it and wanted to keep it. That makes them good business people and certainly not worthy of Jennifer trashing them on the internet by telling only half the story. Additionally, just how hard did this 12 week old, less than 5# puppy bite her? Shame on you Jennifer for trying to debase these excellent breeders. There is no proof whatsoever of what made this puppy go blind. Yet, I know from experience that the line which your puppy came from was ended by spay/neuter and the parents were placed in homes. And, if there was so much "stink" when you went there in the first place, why did you buy the puppy? That makes you, Jennifer, look unsavvy. It IS a kennel, but it has never been ubjectionable when I have made my many visits there over the years. I highly recommend Debcha Kennels and the wonderful puppies they breed to my clients.
