Deanna, I've bought a new car a year ago and it took 11 months to get rid of the majority of the wheel shimmy I had with my car. Had the rotors replaced (at 50 miles), one tire replaced (broken belt at 50 miles), rotated and balanced tires multiple times, a 4 wheel alignment after all four tires cupped on the inner tread, then all four tires were replaced and balanced - Ultimate cause - the dealer did not know or how to balance the tires or had faulty technician(s) or equipment in doing so....it took another dealer to figure out the tires weren't balanced correctly and after the other dealer balanced the tires the problem was resolved... Moral of the story - go to a different dealership and see if the problems continue or whether it is truly a problem car, even if it's inconvenient to go to another dealer.
