I just happened to google Delano Dodge and this site came up. I was the owner and person who helped with this mans car problem. There was nothing I could do to make it right,I spent thousands of dollars and wasted countless hours trying to satisfy this customer.I finally ended up buying a machine that takes the old oxygen out of the car and puts fresh oxygen in it.
I then had an insurance adjuster come out and look at the vehicle. It was concluded that it was him,not the vehicle that was the problem. You cant please everyone no matter what you do.

If I sent my child to school, I'd make sure the school was aware of of the child's food allergies. I do want to thank you for your civil response and you are to be commended for taking care of your father. Maybe a professional cleaning service might be able to remove the offending scents, paid for by the dealership. A win, win situation.

In response to the comment that no good deed goes unrewarded, yes, they were trying to offer a free perk. But their good intentions had a bad consequence and they don't care about making it right. That is what we are upset about. Think about if you had a kid with a bad food allergy, and their school decided to give them a free lunch without asking you first, and your child had a horrible reaction. Good intentions, bad results, and the school would be facing legal action immediately.

You can't win for losing. They detail your Dad's vehicle for free and this is the thanks they get? 99.99% of the population would be excited about having their vehicle detailed along with an oil change. If I'm ever in the area and need an oil change, I'll make sure and take my vehicle there and hope they're still offering the free detail.
