I recently purchased a Dell, thinking it would be one of the better buys. I had also convinced a relative to do the same. I immediately had a problem with the modem. I still waiting for it to be replaced. I also had a problem keeping the time. I am waiting for a response on it.

When ordering I included a class for one of the programs, I am waiting for it or even a response as to why I can't get into it. My relative, had the ship date changed 3 times. When trying to reach "customer support" for any of the above mentioned problems.

I have waited up to 1 1/2 hours to be spoken to as if I were a total idiot. The final straw was with the Dell music choice free garbage. I ordered the update and was told that the credit card did not work and to try the numbers again or use another credit card. I decided that the credit card company was at fault, this was in November.

I tried the update again, I was told that it had gone through. Yet I kept getting messages that I did not have the upgrade and to order it. I called tech support. They said I would receive an e-mail with a secret code to get in. I didn't I then gave up and actually forgotten.

Well, they billed me for November and then again for December. I followed their e-mail instructions as you cannot get through on the phones, all you do get is voicemail, trust me NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK.
