First things first, (and this goes for anyone looking to purchase a computer) NEVER PURCHASE A PC FROM A THIRD PARTY. Second, as far as the 128 turning into 120 that's a common issue with systems that have integrated video, you still have 128 but the integrated video is using 8mb of that ram. As far at the 18.6gb comment, it's highly possible that some of the actual drive information didn't get formatted to be read by windows and it's still there but you'll need a third party partitioning program such as partition magic to find the rest of it. I personally work for a computer corporation and know through doing so that it's not a wise idea to purchase PC through a third party vendor, reason being, you don't get direct contact w/ the company whose computer you own (dell, compaq, gateway, etc). So you get screwed, not once but twice, once by the company you're getting it through and again through the company who the pc belongs to. Hope you have better luck next time, and like I said, go directly through whichever company you go to from now on. Not rentacenter, or rentway, or cardinal.
