Myself or my husband did not get a walk through regarding the deposit because of Stricklen's scheme to keep our money. This guy mailed a bogus itemized list through regular US Mail 38 days after we moved which is illegal because tenants are to be present, however, Stricklen knows this & made himself very unavailable to be served in court. Being a former police officer who retired early off disability should not be climbing a ladder due to his "so called medical & undiagnosed mental condition?" However, u WERE defintely spotted by neighbors who felt the way u handled the business about our security deposit was criminal..WE WERE APPROACHED WITH THIS INFORMATION. We were the only unhappy tenants who ever rented from Stricklen?..What LIE, one family moved right next door from him one day, & BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THEY MOVED OUT THE NEXT DAY!!! I could believe it because of the landlord & they were a lot smarter than we were by doing so after the ordeal with Stricklen. I hate the fact that you were a police officer because of the lies ue to the unrest between the department & the community. We have been living at the same residence since moving from your property in 1999 so feel free to serve US with papers anytime...when myself AND MY HUSBAND were at court you dodged letters and refused to open your door and pick up your certified mail to appear in court. Therefore, MY HUSBAND & myself i missed time at work because of your cowardly, "Shady Grady" antics. We will be glad to meet you at court to discussed this matter if u feel we have defamed your name in anyway & we will see just how much my husband agreed with what you have said about this entire situation & in turn we will be suing you for defamation of my name & my husband's name. Sincerely And Waiting For OUR Day In Court, Whenever YOU Are Ready, We've been ready since 1999. Dena & Booker P.S. We Didn't Know Your Pass Tenants, They contacted us, without any coaching..I can't promise you there won't be other tenants who won't try to contact us again who would like us to be helpful by appearing or writing a letter to the court with them about our experince as a tenant regarding repairs, social security deposits, etc. while renting property for you.
