Do not trust Dennis Webb. Dennis pretends to be connected to a finance company called Safe Care out of California (which seems to have dissapeadered now, imagine that), and he pretends to offer all kinds of loans (illegally!). He gets the borrowers to give him a large deposit in order to get the loan, but the loans never come and Dennis Webb keeps everyone's money. You can see him living the high life on his face book page full of parties, dinners out, hanging with hookers, and having a great time with all the money he stole from his "friends" and clients. Several people that I know lost all their money with Dennis Webb, yet he carries on partying in Escazu, Costa Rica and never paid anyone back. Never tried. Never intended too. Dennis Webb is a slick scammer. He promissed he would pay each of the people he ripped off back, but he never does, and always has excuse, after excuse, after excuse, until they get tired of waiting. Criminal charges have now been filed against him for illegally offering financial services and other crimes. Dennis Webb is a first class con artist with a trail of people he has rippped off in his wake. Every single person who gave him money lost all of their money. Do not trust Dennis Webb for anything. He pretends like he is a big real estate buyer with lots of money and connecttions, but he never buys anything, and just uses that as a cover to rip people off. Dennis Webb would steal from his own mother if he could. If there is any justice in the world Dennis Webb will go to a Costa Rican prison for his crimes, but that will take time and in the meantime he is probably ripping off more people to support his lavish lifestyle, and then will probably try to relocate to another country to attempt to avoid prosecution. We will bring him back to Costa Rica to face the music from whatever country he tried to go to. Anyone else ripped off by Dennis Webb can post here and we can nail this con artist and put him in jail where he belongs.
