Complaint Review: Denny's buckeye Arizona store 8688 - Buckeye Arizona

I will start with this incident on 1/1/2015.I filed a formal complaint to the incorporate of Denny's and Robert Genitz one of the lead partners of Lions-den 2 the LLc company DBA as Denny's store 8688 441 S Watson RD. Buckeye Arizona. The complain is describing a list of problems that would never be addressed. The complaint was against Robert Duskin the owner, at the time Andy Hempy general Manager,the district manager Perry Morgan,Unit manager Indre Young.[A copy of this complaint is att. to this statement. Around 1/14/2015 15 Any Hempy put in a two week resignation. On 1/28/2015 I was told Margret Eaglin General manager from the Lichfield Denny's had come to Buckeye to clean up the pig pen. I had calls that Margaret and Andy were pressure washing on the morning of 1/28/2015 while they were trying to serve guests. It was my day off there was not anything I could do. I was called in to work at 10 am. on 1/29/2015.when I arrived Margret was is the server lane spaying chemicals and pressure washing around open food .Margret when I went to talk to to her once told me me to get a squeegee if I knew how to use and do the floor. People were complaining of noise and smell of chemicals. A server approached me with teary eyes and said she did not feel good you could tell by her look and actions this was true. She told me Margaret would not let her go home. I went to Margret and told her of the incident Margret told the server that she could not leave until she finished her side work. When I approached her about any complaints she would ignore me. Some guests approach me and said they were going to call the heath department. At the end of the day I was having a problem with breathing.

10 days after the event the health department came in and said there was no proof and that they had a complaint. And they gave the store an A. When Margaret read the the complaint from the inc offices she became angry at me and left. When she started there was rumors that Shondel Salone a server,Andy Hempy and Perry Morgan had made a list of people she was going to fire mostly my team members. The crews were living in fear for their jobs. When I approached her about the list she said it was not Andy Hempy who gave her the list it was Perry Morgan. She asked me if I would give her a list from me I said no. She on the first day started her attack and split up or fired most of my two shifts team. For the next few weeks the hostility was the worst that it had ever been in over two years. She told me they called her the hatchet.{in about 5 weeks 14 people that I know of was either fired or quit or set up. I ran into a cook At Walmart who I was told did not show up for work and Margaret termed him for no call no show He said he had called Margaret for his schedule told him the schedule was not up and she would call him back the schedule was up and he was on it for the next morning but he did not show up so he was fired.

On the 2/21/2015 around 9.30 pm I was cooking on the line because of shortage of cooks. Unknown to me a server Greg Sanchez told to guests Scott and Roy who had complained against me Quote,that I hated them and wanted to see them dead and that I would like to take them to the parking lot and pistol whip them. Greg Sanchez is the son of mr Sanchez a unit manager at Margaret's store in litchfield Denny's in Good Year az. There was two guests Rick and Kara Harris a pastor from a local church and his wife I knew them only from the restaurant. They called me over to the table and told me of what they over heard and told me if need be they would give a statement I never asked them for one .Greg Sanchez approached me and said he had recorded a conversation on his phone with Scott who was one of the guest he said this to and said he was just kidding and that Scott had bad mouthed Perry Morgan I did not address the issue at that time .After I had got off my shift about 3am and felt it was important to tell my GM Margaret Eaglin so at 6am i went to the store and meant Margeret and started to tell her about what had happen she got very upset and told me that if the costumers did not complain she did not care and quit asking people for statements I told her i did not.Mr. and Mi\rs Harris called and told Denny's incorporate,and talked to Margaret about what Greg had said she kept trying to get them to say I had asked them for a statement and questioned them about the statement insinuating they were not telling the truth.

On 2/20/2015 Margret approached me and said we were going to have a meeting come with her we went next door out side of the business called the Wings. Indre young was also there she began to repremend me on getting statements told me that I was one of the reasons that this store was failing that I was the trouble. She told me she had a memo [handwritten] to sign it that it was saying i could not ask or get statements from anyone unless she approved it.I said i strongly disgreed with this and signed it. Some things were said there I was upset I just after the years just get tired of the attacts and to tell me I have no right to even talk to my coworkers was I felt wrong. On 2/26/2015 at a little before 3pm.after having 2 days off I returned to work When I walk in to the lobby I said the usual hellos to the crew ,and Perry Morgan said to me Jacque I need to talk to you. I said ok. We sat down in a booth 14 I never made it to the office. Perry Said he was terminating me.I said why he said it was because your husband had come on the property. He said I was not allowed back on any Denny's property in the state of Arizona. I said could you give me some paper work on that and could I have a copy of the document that I had asked for on phone call on 2/25/2015.I also asked for a copy of my file he said I had no rights to them they were property of Denny's. Margret handed me a small bag with my personal stuff in it from the office.In front of the entire restaurant this took place with Greg Sanchez there they were smiling as I left. My husband has never caused any problem he only sometimes came down to drive me home for the past several months because it was 2 to 3 am in the morning sometimes when i was off work and we live a distance from \Denny's. And I have been threatened from people from this store.

On 2/27/2015 Margaret assembled meeting's at both Buckeye and her store. She told everyone that if anyone was caught testing or calling me they would be fired. And that they would put restraining orders on me,and have me arrested for criminal trespassing, There is a lot of people who would come forward but they live in fear for their jobs. Please discuss this with me There is no confidentiality in Denny's if you want to talk to human resources,Perry morgan says he is the head of it. Please read the complaint I filed these people,Inc owners down, can and have ways of covering up anything. I can prove everything I say. There is people who have even offered to take lie detector tests and go under oath if they are protected. Thank you so much for your time in the matter.
