This company hires freelance translators to work for their clients. First of all they will not give you a legitimate contract to sign, and they will ask for you to work on projects with a cheaper rate. After the projects are delivered, you will submit invoices at the end of the month - however the problem occurrs at payment. This company has a bad financial system that they will always, ALWAYS have delayed payments, they will not keep track of each translators job completed, and the financial department often lose the invoices that were submitted. On top of that, they will not pay for some projects for their own reasons, such as "the client did not pay". And they often reduce the payment amount that were agreed in the first place because later on they have decided that the job was "badly done" without any warning.

I advice the freelancers who are out there to not work for this company for many reasons. And if you do intend to work for them, you MUST present your own contract so they will pay for the work you did.

Well I`m a contractor of them too and never had any issues. You need to understand their system that is outlined in their invoicing guidelines. They also present you contracts, quite a lot actually and fulfill their obligations. I´m also a bit confused by your statements: first you claim there is no agreement, then they dont keep track of jobs done but you state later on they actually complain about the job you did and did find your invoice? How is that possible if they dont keep track of their linguists nor invoices?

Fact is they have a pretty easy system, provide you with a number that traces your job and will allow you to bill for work done. I once had delivered a project with issues and was contacted right away by my Project Manager, who asked me to go over it and fix it. They thanked me and I received my payment as agreed. This happened for many months now and being with them helped me personally grow my income.
