Derma Luminous Free trial (14 days I was told after they took my money) you pay shipping.I looked at my bank statement and noted 2 debits from DermaLuminous...89.5 for skin cream and 84.95 for eye serum??? I contacted the company and was told to READ the fine print....there was no fine print on the site about recurrent orders etc...Iwas then told that they would let me have the products that I had for 1/2 price and that they would send me another set for the misunderstanding for 86.01.......Stated that they could not refund my money.Rep stated that there was some binding contract
Free trial..You pay shipping....Charged my bank account...177.49 for 2 skin care products.When I inquired about it I was told that I could not get my money back.I told the young lady that I would return same,and to cancel my subscription. She said that she spoke with her Manager and that they could only refund 1/2 of my money and send me another set for the misunderstanding which cost me $86.01.......There was not any fine print on their FACEBOOK AD.. I checked because some other company did the same but it was corrected..Facebook you got crooks!!!!!
