Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In May, 2018 I had a popup ad in the Facebook news feed talking about the Queen of England was upset with the princess for wanting to do away with some of her responsibility to get more involved in her business.  The business was this product.  I looked over the "free trial" and paid $5.79 just to try out their product.  I of course had to put in my credit card to make the payment of shipping.  I looked for small print on conditions and never found them so felt safe to continue.

I recieved the box with the jar of cream.  There was only one little shipping lable naming the product and statement that all purchases returned needed an RMA number.  I didn't think anymore of it because it was a test sample jar.

I  recieved a box on July 20  and it did not make sense to me because I had already recieved the sample jar in May.  It dawned on me to check my credit card and there was a charge of $87.50 on the 15th of July.  Scrolling down to June 15 there was another change of $87.50 and then on May 29 the original $5.79 to the same company (NewWrinkle Burbank Ca).

After calling my credit card company to report the fraud and that I never authorized any such transaction after the May shipment fee I was asked to contact the company and try to resolve it before they investigated it.  It was the credit card company that gave me their phone number at 888-540-0596 because I had no idea how to contact them.

I immediately called and spoke with a lady who after explaining they are withdrawing funds from my card without authorization, I was told that they did not hear from me within the week after receiving the product to cancel.  I truly had no idea what she was talking about because I know I read all the print on their website ad.  I explained to her I agreed to try the product and IF I wanted to continue I was to reorder and there was nothing concerning my joining an agreement to continure.  I certainly would of called had I known because the product does absolutely nothing more than the product I purchase at a local store for a fraction of cost to what they are charging.

I was getting no where with the girl and asked for her manager.  Manager Kyle came on to say basically the same thing about no refund for the over 30 days but would give me the July $87.50 back if i returned the last shipment.  He said he would be "kind" to me and give me a small amount back for the original jar.......now, they are charging for the "free trial" which was why they charged me June 15.  I explained to him again I never agreed to this scam and he owed me the total amount back.  He would not agree and I told him the only reason I called them was because my credit card company asked me to resolve it with him but I would go back to disbute the charges in full.   Kyle told me that he withdraws the offer of a partiacal refund and I could go back to my bank.

I have now gone to the credit card company and wasted time with 5 transferes finally getting this reported as a scam/fraud.  It is being investigated.

I decided to check the company out and see if anyone else had experienced the same problem of being drawn into the "membership" and here we are with a lot of reports.

I will NEVER try a "free trial" of anything in the future becsause they are just not worth it!
