There is no free trial from Dermitage, it is a LIE. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from this company. You WILL be charged $69.95 for their "Free Trial".
First you will pay shipping as stated in the ad, then you will be charged $69.95 even if you have already called, canceled, and returned product per their instructions with the RMA# they issued.
It happened to me and many more people all over U.S. I have spent endless hours trying to stop this company from stealing my money. After several weeks they finally removed $50.00 of the $69.95 charge on my credit card. I think they bill you the full $69.95 at first because many people are so relieved when Dermitage finally removes $50.00 of the initial charge that they are willing to pay the remainder without complaining.
Stay away from this company, dealing with them will definately cause you undue stress and hardship, they are very unethical. The whole thing is a rip-off and the cream caused me to have a severe allergic reaction, actually making my skin worse instead of better. I've since been to a dermatologist for the break out it caused.
I have read online that some people who placed orders and canceled are still being billed monthly even months later. Some people said they had to cancel their credit cards to stop Dermitage from charging them every month. If this happens to me I will post up dates.
I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges Dermitage still has on my card. I hope they do not allow Dermitage to get away with this.
