Phony real estate investor. Puts none of his own money into investment, uses inflated valuations of property to create equity . 'Borrows' money from you at 'too good to be true interest rate', uses extremely high risk investment strategies and loses your money very, very quickly. No remorse, extremely manipulative, bursts of rage, blames others for his mistakes. Leaves trail of unhappy homeowners and investors.
