Design Home Game App SCAM & RIP OFF Internet
DesignHome is a game app that allows you to purchase furniture for the use of designing rooms. You are entitled to receive free diamond rewards by completing offers in tap joy or making purchases, and subscribing to memberships through the tapjoy app. Majority of the time, you will not receive your reward. When reaching out to them, they will send you an email asking for proof of purchase such as screenshots of the transaction, etc. but when you reply with everything they asked for including photos & screenshots of the purchases made, they will not solve your issue. You will get no further emails regarding the case. They will completely ignore the whole issue. I've been contacting tap joy about my recent purchase with Ebates, and still received nothing from them. This is unacceptable. I've made a $10 purchase on Ebates, and never got rewarded for my purchase. I've attached photos & screenshots of the transaction but still nothing. I've asked them more than several times to take immediate action but nothing. You will lose out on tons of money due to rip off situations like this. The game is so addicting, I don't mind spending a few dollars on it but as long as I am rewarded as promised. Unfortunately, you won't get rewarded every time. They also offer rewards if you complete surveys off tapjoy. That is a complete waste of time. Save your energy ! It will only take you to multiple third party pop up pages and the end result will have you receiving nothing. No rewards earned for all those surveys you've just completed. Get it together DesignHome, this is ridiculous.
