Design house flooring Dana Sherron,Dana Cash put in floor with lots of issues,we had inspector come in to see if they were lyable,they did report said yes, they wont come back to fix,so worked out a tiny refund they wrote and agreed to pay, for wake forest, North Carolina
4 months ago, company came installed laminate wood, before they left we had issues they said,"we will be back to fix", 3 no show apts later, they came back and looked and we got apt with inspector for floor product, he stated in his report, multiple things that needed fixed.She wouldnt answer our calls for a while then she said she was going to get ahold of inspector to ask some questions, we spoke with him many times and he said she never called him. So we cought her in another lie, she did finally call him and hung up on him because she didnt like what he had to say.SHe told us over and over when we could finally get her to answer she would do repairs,,but never would, so we worked out a deal that she pay us back ONLY half the labor, because we need to pay someone for a new floor--she agreed on paper and now wont follow through, she claims the check is in the mail,,one town away for 2 weeks now and she said she just cancelled it. The check was never in the mail, she has had problems with other customers and you can read on BBB and Yelp, she has been arrested a few times, dont know what for but doesnt matter, she has changed buisness names the police have told me a few times, look out people,,do not hire her!!!

After 15 years being in business in the same town in the same location for 12 years at that.I have never had a customer like this.. They purchased an inexpensive floor because they said they would soon move, loved it the day it was installed and then soon called with some issues.
I went out to their house and then took my sales rep out there to see their issues. My sales rep ordered an independent rep to come look at the floor. After his report he found a couple of installation issues and gave me the instructions of how to repair. They refused...all they wanted was money..They got a refund from the supplier and i agreed to give them 500 refund on 50% of the acutal install.
When they did have the check fast enough they started slandering me and using my dwi picture on facebook, and so on and also misused and making it look like I was arrested for scamming people. I have never done such thing. I also contacted the police department who said the conversation she describes is a lie and that it is recorded. I have also done flooring for the officer in Wake Forest and he told me he loved all three floors I had installed for him over the years.
My attorney has 500 for this couple as soon as they stop sending out slander and misleading photo information about me.
Again we are life long residents of the Wake Forest area and have been a family business operating by me my mother and father over the last 15 years.
