dhgate.com deceptive, bad customer service Internet
I bought an automotive diagnostics interface from a seller on dhgate trading platform. The item was paid for and confirmed immediately after ordering and 3 days later the seller posted a tracking number. This tracking number turned out to be invalid and the seller proceeded to cancel the order.
In the case of invalid tracking numbers, Dhgate promisses to deduct 30 US$ from the seller's account and compensate the buyer as per their "Dispatch Pledge". Despite numerous messages dhgate failed to pay me this compensation.
Dhgate can not be trusted as they failed to honour their own guarantess.
