They screwed me over too! I bought a Bully from these pieces of S*@t in May of 06. The papers they sent to me were not authentic per the AKC. They don't deserve to breath the same air that we honest people breath. I hope they lose everything they own and have to live in the sewer. At least then they would be walking in and smelling the same crap that comes out of their mouth.

Please report this dog seller/broker to AKC.......We are going through the same type of deal. Read ripoff report.con report " Bulldogbabies - Indy's Bulldog Babies - Tammy Sadler And Mary Maczko $2,725.00 & 2 yrs later still no papers for my English Bulldog! ripoff Columbia South Carolina" This dog seller just changed her website to "Bulldog smart" Still waiting for her to correct Russia to USA paperwork for AKC (AKC is holding our registration application for her to do this) so I am waiting but keeping busy - getting all my paperwork together - to sue civil court-- This dog sellers/brokers importing dogs from Russia (Europe) lying to buyers - letting us believe they breed dog - only to find out the dogs are imported, paperwork is usually not right or void. Please read my report for people that can help you. We all need to help stop dog sellers from doing this. Keep your ripoff report active --write letters/comments bad dog sellers/brokers/breeders dislikes this - eventually will get shut down wit alot of work on your part--please keep working on your situation - do not give up.

It doesn't surprise me that the meeting with Evonne about the puppies was a total mix up and was confusing. It seems to be the trend! I am hoping we will be able to find out contact info on each other so we can come together to resolve this horrible problem and save puppies! This is rediculous and I am devoting my time to correcting this and to see that no one else falls victim! I know that Lacy had similar experiences to ours and I found it incredibly interesting at the way the visit to Evonne's house went down according to the write-up! Lets work together to put a stop to this!!! How can people hurt innocent animals and make a living off of scamming innocent people?? How do you live with yourself?

By the way,,,if you do research on Lacy in Texas,,,She IS~~ a BIG~ time Breeder in Texas,,,so I find this Amazing~ how she can thrash Us,,& make up lies,,,when she DID~ get her Fully Registerable papers!!!!! And I think the reason she knows sooo much about Puppy Mills,,,is because SHE IS~ a Puppy Mill from WhAT~ I~~ have heard about this Breeder!!!! Pretty Sad,,,she tries to thrash other~ breeders,,because she is obviously~ guilty~in what SHE~ is Running!!!!! So go ahead~ & try & look THIS~ lady up on this web site!!! You will be SHOCKED~~ in what you read about HER!!!!! She has a TON~~ of Complaints that defiantly~ oversize my little list And ALL~ of my Complaints were at least Fixed,,,NONE~ of her Complaints were EVER~ Satisified SAD~~~

For one,,,We would NEVER~~ Sale a Sick Puppy EVER~~!! I mean if you Read our Health Guarantee on our Web site that totally~ backs up our puppies 100% THAT THEY ARE HEALTHY WHEN WE SALE THEM!! Than WHY~ on earth would we try to sale Sick puppies,,,if obviously our Contract states you can bring the puppy back if the Vet does'nt find the puppy to be in perfect~ Health!!!! I have'nt been a reputable breeder for 14 years for nothing!!! So next time you want to tell LIES~ about a breeder,,,why Not personally~ Calling, or talking to the breeder personally,,instead of Running off into the Night like you were hiding something!!!!! My husband and I were looking for a frenchie last year, before Christmas. Diamond Acres' owners actually have their home in Azle, TX, which is NW of Fort Worth, where we live. It took numerous attempts for us to get in touch with Evonne to see about coming out to look at the pups.. Once we did, she insisted on an appointment, which to us, made them seem completely legit. We had an appointment scheduled and we arrived promptly to the property.. very nice, electric gate and all! We were greeted by the owners' teenage son. He said something along the lines of "Ummm you're here to see the pups, right? My mom is our right now, but I know where the pups are." The son proceeded to get two pups (although their website showed so many more pups, and we were under the impression they had at least 6 pups for us to look at). We were in Evonne's living room, and the pups were brought in and put on a towel.. my heart broke immediately. One of the pups was so thin, you could literally count ribs, and he was so lethargic. He could barely even muster the strength to keep his eyes open. The other had sores on its side, as well as along one of his ears. I worked previously at an animal hospital, and I knew first hand the signs of a sick dog. My husband asked immediately if this was all the pups they had, and of course, since Evonne couldn't make this appointment, we were asking her teenage son, who looked to be about 15 or so? Maybe 16 at the most! The kid shrugged his shoulders and said he thought that was all they had. The biggest red flag I received came a moment later.. I can't remember the exact number of kids she had running around the house, but I remember a really young one trying to put a chihuahua (I guessed it was their house pet) next to the puppies, and the teenage son, as well as a younger daughter both freaked out, and instantly grabbed the house pet to get it away from sickly pups. The younger daughter told the even younger child that they couldn't put next to the pups. Under my breath, I kept telling my husband that these dogs were sick - really, really sick. I didn't want to make these comments in front of someone else's children. My husband asked to see where the pups were kept at.. We wanted to see their living conditions. The teenage son said that he wasn't sure where his mom kept them, and said his mom would be home shortly. So then we asked to see the dad, as he was supposed to be on-site according to the son. The son called Evonne, and left the room for awhile. He came back and said his mom said it was okay for us to see the father of the pups. He went outside and came back with the fattest, smelliest french bulldog I had ever seen. This was going to be our first experience with Frenchies, but we had read so much information online that said these dogs should not just be kept outside due to potential health or breathing problems from outdoor conditions and/or temperatures. This dog smelled like a cattle dog that hadn't had a bath in several months. We decided to get the heck out of dodge. The son kept insisting his mom was almost there, and he proceeded to call her. But we had had enough! I tell you - it took all of my moral compass to keep me from snatching those pups and making a break for it! And I still regret to this day that I didn't start taking pictures, or calling the SPCA immediately. We were trying to leave quickly before we had to face Evonne.. We were pulling out in our truck as she was coming up. She emailed us that evening, and said she wished we would have stayed to see all the pups. Please please please people.. do not purchase pups from this breeder. It's coming close to a year later, and I still cannot forget what those two pups looked like. As long as there is a demand to buy pups from her, she will continue to supply - which means more puppies will become sick and be sold to unsuspecting people. I am willing to cooperate with anyone that needs my statements. I can even find emails/dates/times/phone records. I ended up buying my puppy from Debby's Bullies in Rockwall, and he is the most amazing puppy ever. I already want another (wanting and being ready for are two different things). I would particularly be open to speaking with anyone from any humane society, SPCA, etc.. Once again - avoid this 'breeder.' I know, the pictures on her website show the cutest pups.. but that is not how they will come to you. She assumes everyone is incredibly ignorant to breeding, animal health, etc.. Someone should tell her that this crazy little thing called the Internet has miles of information regarding breeding, and regarding animal health, and the French Bulldog breed as well. It doesn't take a breeding expert to notice the signs of a sick puppy - it simply takes someone who is willing to do the research.

the original poster is right. she has many complaints against her on ripoff. she always tries to defend herself with alot of lies and hostility. she should be ashamed of herself. its amazing that if she was so innocent, why do all the complaints sound alike?

We DO have proof of Vet records on this person's puppy, as well as the Contract that she did sign! This is yet another Breeder, trying to Ruin a Reputable breeders name! It's a Shame breeders feel the Need to try & Ruin other breeders Good reputable name!

All I got was some puppy food in a zip lock sandwich bag,toy and shot records that had no actual date shots were given. Just said 6wks and 8wks. Same with worming. No vet's name. Day after puppy was purchased our vet said the puppy had swollen lymph nodes, conjuntiveitis of the eyes and Cocksidia. VERY normal signs of a Puppy Mill.

THESE PEOPLE " ARE " SCAMMERS. TOO MANY REPORTS ABOUT THEM ON THE NET AND THEY HAVE BEEN TURNED INTO AKC, FCI AND THE IFCC. MANY PET SITES WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO POST ON THEIR WEBPAGES. THEY ARE WELL KNOWN FOR NOT SENDING PAPERS AND UNHEALTHY DOGS AND RUNNING A PUPPY MILL. SOON THEY WILL BE HISTORY.

I just wanted to be able to actually stand up for myself against these Horrible~~ Lies!!!
We have been Breeders for over~ 12 years, & have NEVER~ Scammed a person, or we would defiantly Not~ be in the business still today!!
ALL~ of our puppies are AKC Registerable!! So I don't~ know who these people think they are that they can make up such horrible~ lies about us,,when it is totally NOT~ true!! If you visit our website, that has been up & running for over 5 years. You will see that we have ALL~ of our Full information about Us & our family, and we also go into detail about each individual puppy, of the registration that they can be registered as. We also have a One Year Health Guarantee/Puppy Contract as well that states that all~ of our puppies CAN~ be AKC Registered!! And if they cannot, we write it in the contract. No~ one buys a puppy from us without signing this contract, & us signing it as well. So it is very very~ obvious that these people are making up Lies~ about our company, because otherwise if someone has a signed puppy contract, than legally we HAVE~ to go by~ that contract. And make sure~ that they receive they're papers as we have promised when we sign that contract ourselves!!!
Occasionally FCI registration papers can take longer, than others. But we DO~ always make sure that every~ person does~ receive they're papers at all~ times!! So with that said, I hope these Bad~ guys don't get away with these horrible lies they are making up!!
It is also always a Shame when we have such Competition from other Breeders, because they don't~ like it that we have better, Healthier, Champion Sired Show/Breeder quality puppies than they do!
