Diamond Cuts & Landscaping Jermey Smith, Dave Unprofessional service, big fat liars coconut creek florida
I was lied to and and disrespected by owners Jeremy Smith and Dave. I hired Diamond Cuts landscaping to maintain my 2 acre property which is valued at over $1.9 million . This property is an estate home with beautiful trees and grounds that are to be maintained meticulously.
My agreement with the owner Jeremy was to haul away ALL the landscaping debris from the trees and shrubs and maintain the lawn. Unfortunately that was not the case. As my assistant and I watched from the front window we saw his crew piled a large bunch of tree clippings and tree branches in front of the home and then left. In addition, they cut my grass to low leaving bare spots and brown patches all over the property. I took pictures of the pile and immediately sent an email to Jeremy the owner of Diamond Cuts and he had the nerve to lie to me by saying that my neighbors dumped all the debris on my lawn. He obviously did not take me nor my business seriously and was not taking responsibility for the poor service he provided. In fact, my assistant attempted to contact Jeremy by phone to give him a chance to explain and again he was rude and dismissive to her.
Obviously Jeremy and Diamond cuts Landscaping were not interested in rectifying the situation in a reasonable and professional manner and most of all they are unable to do the job they were hired for. I had no choice but to fire him and not to my surprise Jeremy sent an email saying that I was "nuts"
Occasionally I come across situations like these when uneducated and ignorant men that do jobs because they have no other skills think they can bully woman around and speak down to woman because that is what they do to at home. He not only proved to me that he is incompetent but that he is not a respectful business person and I do not have time to waste with his kind. Fortunately I happen to be a very successful business owner with many investment properties in south Florida and it would have been in his best interest to do a good job.
I gave him a fair chance to prove his skill and he failed terribly. South Florida is flooded with hill billies such as Jeremy and Dave who are scraping the bottom of the bucket to get business in a market that is filled with landscaping companies. I would never recommend this company.
