Diamond Enterprises They gave me a convincing sales picth and i sayed OK to it not realizing it was a scam Stockton California
DIAMOND ENTERPRISES, Gave me a convincing sales pitch without telling me important details that I needed to know.
For Example: They neglect to tell you that after you subscribe to their service you CAN NOT CANCELL IT, SO YOUR LOCKED IN THEIR SERVICE.
I sayed ok to the service not knowing all this information till after I have signed up for the service.
Come to know, untill I researched the company online I did not know it was a scam but it has been reported online that in fact it is a definate scam all right.
***IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME IN THIS MATTER, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
I WOULD LOVE TO JUST GET RID OF THIS COMPANY TRYING TO CHARGE ME 39.75 EVERY MONTH FOR 36 MONTHS AND THEN WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT, THEY GO AHEAD AND CHARGE YOU MORE THAN YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREED UPON IN THE BEGINING.

Phil, Tony, and Lance Fultano as well as Lucy Dominguez run the branch your referring to: They can be reached at 209-472-1993. No one will answer the customer service line, and no one will call back, so don't bother. Let them know you will contact not only the BBB, but Federal Trades Act, and other such companies. Remind them that in CA you have the right to cancel at any time, and since that is where their office is, they are subject to that rule. Good luck.
