Diamond Prize Center totally no ethics New York New York
I was left a message by Damien that i won a prize. Calling back I had to leave my name. A young lady return my call and said congratulations! she then proceeded to tell me all the great prizes I was entitled to. All I had to do to claim my prize and be entered in the grand prize a Hummer was to sit through a presentation. After answering her questions she made me an appointment for the next day. I asked for something closer to where I was locate and she told me the grand prize was taken in the area closest to me. She then set the appointmnet to be an hours ride from my job. I kept the appointment and signed in after waiting for 45 minutes I was told that single women were not eligible. Why did they set an appoinment? I called the young lady who set the appointment and she apolized and then proceeded to tell me she would contact her manager when I asked why this happened. I was told to sit and wait. I waited another 1 1/2 hours then left no one called. Returning home I called again. After 45 minutes Damien called me again. He promised me a prize for the mixup and he would send a link I should select a prize and call him back. I have called numerous times and emailed him and he never returns my call. My only alternative is to contact his client. Westgate properties the time share and the better business bureau of his area. Don't waste your time as he shows no ethics and will resort to any thing to get warm bodies at his presentations. May I add the treatment by Westgate sales was the worst in my life. I will never attend their presentations and will spread the word about Diamond and Westgate

I also work for Diamond Prize Center and I will also let Damien know about this situation and that it is unresolved. Normally he would contact the sponsers and see to it that you do get the prize that you were promised and give you an additional gift on top of that. Noone should walk away empty handed. There is now an experienced rep that calls everyone with pending appointments to double verify the eligability & avoid situations like the one you described. Sorry you had a bad experience.

I work for Damien, I have worked for Diamond Prize center for almost 3 months, and you are correct, the validator, should not of appointed you with the guidelines we go by. Can I please ask you to e-mail me at [email protected] If you have not yet received the gift Damien was going to send you I will talk to him personally and have it fixed for you. Some of the recent reps that no longer work for us were scheduling people whether they qualified or not, just so it looked like they had alot of appointments set. They no longer work for us. So if you have not received the gift from Damien, please e-mail me and I will get it situated for you!
