We quit DIRECTV.  We returned the equipment.  DIRECTV was suppost to refund us all monies overcharged.  DIRECTV sent the Citi-VISA debt card which was suppot to have $14.36 balance.  Expiration date 1/2017 (current date is 10/2016).  I went to a store to use the card and they told me the card had $0.00 balance.  Upon research I found out the card charges a non-use fee.  FRAUD!!  HOW DARE DIRECTV SEND ME THIS DEBIT CARD IN LIEU OF THE MONEY THEY OWE ME.  Son of a b****!

In the beginning it was great they needed us dealers and customers. But now they only need the money and they don't care how they get it. 

It's funny the CEO was Undercover Boss last year. He was so proud to help one  of the employee's get a desk job from all the pain he was in. If the Undercover Boss Show and 50 State Attorney General's Offices didn't stop them from their practices. Im guessing that nothing ever will unless all their customers drop them.

You know if you had sent them a Card to pay your bill and it read 0. They would be knocking on your door wanting their money.
