I ordered a 16x24' mesh winter pool cover. I received a cover for a 16x25' pool. When I contacted customer service, I was told they are the same thing. I specifically ordered this cover as I did not want the extra foot of fabric on the covers offered by other companies. Customer service referred me to a size chart for another pool cover, not the one I ordered. I went back to their website and dug around as I did not see such a chart for the cover I ordered prior to placing my order. I eventually found such a chart, but it was not easy. It was under "Images," and never during the ordering process was I referred to this chart. The company is not offering a refund since in their eyes this is my error. I feel they should place this size chart in a more obvious place, especially since they are advertising product sizes they do not actually sell. BUYER BEWARE!!!
