The only way DISH Network knows what to charge people is from what's dialed in, either by the receiver, using their website, ordering via the automated system, or talking to an agent. To avoid this situation in the future, I would suggest the following: First, before you leave again, set some locks on your receiver to make it impossible to order (or even see) PPV, Adult Channels, and anything else that could jack up your bill without having the password. Second, I would know exactly who has access to your house, who's responsible for its security while you're away, and what they're doing while they're there. Third, don't EVER post information on a website like this such as your bank account number, any portion of your social security number, Address, Phone number, ANYTHING that can be used to contact you in the real world! You could also have the PPV limit changed on your account to $0. That way, the ONLY way anyone would be able to order PPV even WITHOUT locks set on your receiver is by calling and speaking to an agent. This can be accomplished by calling 800-333-DISH.

First I would change my bank account number because you just posted it online. Second, instead of wanting a refund, find out who is in your home ordering adult PPV and bill them. You might be in Eqypt but who ever you have watering your plants is having a Pay Per View porn party and you blame DirectTV? LOL
