we recently purchased a sat dish from dish500 . since day 1 we have had nothing but problems, i have had to call numerous times, get no reponse,i called the main office explained that they havent been here or tryed to fix the problems,and asked if we could get out of the contract, was told yeh if you pay 200 more dollars, we already paid approx 350 for installation, and nothing has been right with it since they installed it. i continuelly get the info screen just popping up randomly having to sit with the remote in hand to hit cancel for the duration , sometimes this may last over a hour, when we have a power surge which is very common in floria i have to completly reinstall on of the receivers to get any signal, it does not reset automatically as it was suppose to,it also cannot find the switch alot of the times, i have been very unhappy with this since day one and would like to know what to do, they say i have to pay 200 dollars and i would not be able to return the recievers to them and get a refund, they say it is my equipment now. im very flustrated with this, please advise me as what i should do. thanks mary jane wilson PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK AND GET OUT OF THIS
