Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Dishnetwork and their hoax of a rebate company has been nothing but a pain in the neck to put it nicely since we signed on with them. The first three weeks of having it we had more trouble than not and finally got it fixed by calling the installers, since Dish supposedly set up a date to have it fixed and when they didn't show up we called and they told us oh no that has been changed to "three weeks out". I told them no we were paying for service and we were not getting any or very little when we did. so I just called the installers and was told not to even call DISH if we needed something fixed to just call them.

So in the mean time I was waiting for our "rebate of $100" to be applied to our bill which to this day still hasn't been applied and after calling them and getting their bs story over and over I was told twice it had been fixed and was being processed. I was told to resend the info to the rebate company because it must have gotten lost, yeah somewhere in someones pocket. Anyway I paid $6 to have it sent certified mail which was received and signed by some bozo there and mysteriously it never has been processed. they told me again to resend it I told them no they could fix it and I was turning them into the Attorneys General Office and the BB which I intend to do which everyone on this site that is complaining should do maybe we can get some justice.

Not only have we have trouble with the original service, the hoax of a rebate company but every single month our bill has been a different amount even by a little but has not been the same amount twice. I ask them why, even a supervisor couldn't tell me anything but a bunch of bs.

We intend to get out of this as soon as our contract is up. I would shut it off now but I know it will be some hellaballoo if I do so will continue to suffer through it and would NEVER tell anyone to sign on with them nor will we. I'd rather do without tv.

I hope we can find some justice in all this!
