Hello my name is Mike Houston of DISH Network customer service. I want to start by saying I am sorry for you having a bad customer service experience with us. And we at DISH Network always want our customers happy and satisfied with the services we offer. And if you cant afforf for them to have debited money from your Account, what were you doing signing up for the service to begin with?
