Complaint Review: dispensary4all.com - Baltimore Maryland

Apparently, they've run this scam before as bud4high.com. It is also currently running as MarijuanaPilot.com and dispensary4all.com.  They have a fully operational website that states they sell and ship to anywhere without prescription, or even if not legal in your state. Just like any other online merchant, you then add to your cart. Instead of paying at checkout, you get an email stating you have to pay through WesternUnion or MoneyGram and since even legal stores don't have good access to banking, so it seems reasonable. They even go as far to send you a tracking number to their other partner in the scam, the shipping company, Reliable Priority Express Delivery. 

Checking the tracking number gives a delivery date a couple of day in the future.  On the day you're expecting delivery, you get an email from the "shipper" stating your package needs to be "insured" for $500, but you'll get 98% of it back upon delivery. You then get insurance on any future deliveries without having to "buy" additional insurance.  Isn't that so nice of them?

That's when you know you were scammed.  There is nothing listed on the website about needing insurance. There is a detailed FAQ section that explains your shipping options, and wouldn't you know it? Reliable Priority Express Delivery isn't even mentioned as a shipper, although USPS, UPS, and FedEx are.  And wouldn't you know it, they only take WesternUnion or MoneyGram as payment too. They haven't even bothered to change the name of the "shipper" contacting you for the insurance part of the scam. Another user that was scammed by these same people posted the email he received from RPED, and although they changed the wording somewhat, it was still signed by Daniel Shaw; the exact name from the email I received.  The email I received from the same "Daniel Shaw" is posted below.  Note the phone number listed for the shipper. It is a Minnesota exchange for a business that is supposedly in Maryland?  Also to note, the fake shipper's website has no active links at the bottom of the page.

The shipping email exposes the scam leaving no doubt. There are also signs on the dispensary4all.com website that they're not legit (besides the fact the whole thing is not legal) if you bother to look close enough. The last paragraph at the bottom of their homepage speaks volumes. 

It appears the weed websites these lowlifes use are constantly changing as they get shut down, but the shipping company has stayed the same. Be on the lookout, and warn anyone you know of this scam. They got me for a few bills, but luckily, I have a disposable income.  These a*s clowns could end up taking someone that doesn't, however, and is depending on this as medicine. I'd hate to see someone scammed that really couldn't afford to be.
