District Attorney will not help investigate Trenton Georgia
My, father past away 07/06/2006 I was not notified until 5 weeks after his death when my mother called his brother his family did not notifie me & I did not get to attend his funeral, for the past 4 months my mother has been trying to get something done the corrner did not do an autopsy to find out how he died. My, dad did have a drinking problem in the past the death certificate said he died of alcohol poisoning but they put the cause of death natural, if they said my dad killed himself they would have marked suicide but they marked natural death.
But, my mother had got reports from the town preacher that he had been sober for 6 months he had a job & his own place & he was doing well with helping out in the town, my mother called the district attorney office but they refuse to do anything. my mother accepts foul play involed here because the preacher & deputy corrner keeps giving different stories to what had happen,
if my fahter was in distress like they said he was why did they call for help the they took is air conditing out from his window & in july it was 100 degress so he could have smothered to death but me & my mother do not know what really happen, just the stories we have been told.
The,district attorney investigator will not ask for an autopsy which by state law they are suppose to give one, we have not been getting anywhere in finding out what really happen & nobody will help us!, these two people where checking on my fahter & this one said my dad had hundreds of dollars so he may have been robbed but we don't know what happen because noone will help us.
My,mother spoke to the police cheifhe said he did not go into my fahters place to check on him they said my father was drinking but my fahter would not let them in so how could they know what he was drinking, they said he had money somewhere what a thing to say if someone is in distress!, so that let to my mother that he might of been robbed.
But, me & my mother cannot get nowhere noone will help us resolve this its just a big mess I did not no about my fahters death until about 5 weeks after his death my mother called the governors office & they will not help she explained the situation to them still not getting anywhere,
so mabye me filing this rip-off report will help. My, mother supects foul play but we cannot prove this but if anyone can help me on rip-off report I will gadly appericate it, my mother also cannot afford a lawyer which also makes things bad, this problem is being real frustrated.

The, assistant district attorney refuses to help investgate anything with my father dying last 07/2006 they keep proloning everything to date, 09/2007 they still haven't done anything to resolve anything. The, assistant district attorney is very ugly he accused my mother of being ugly & refuses to speak with her again my mother has threaten to go to the news papers the atlanta news paper & all the, columbus & phenix city surroundings areas, my mother has been patient during this whole process for them to sit around & do nothing & prolong everything. My, fahter should not have died yes he did have a drinking problem & he has never died before something just didn't add up right with all the stories these, people in this town where telling my mother & even his pastor & the local sherrifs office in trenton georgia. I, have my this story public also on this website the assistant district attorney has been uncooperative & the detectives led to my mother to believe they are hiding something, for the reason why they refuse to investgate anything. My, mother today has threaten them to go to the newpapers with the story why my fahter died & why they refuse to investgate anything & they have prolonged this for over 1 year. The, assistant district attorney has an attuide towards my mother & refuses to speak with her about this case, this has took a year from my life I don't appericate being done this way buy my family & from the district attorneys office in trenton georgia!. They, do not no I have reported them to this website & how unfair they have been treating us in resolving this problem!. I, do not appericate they way me & my mother have been treated here law enforcement is suppose to help people ha that is a joke!. They, are probally covering up something Reason why they refuse to investgate or help us!.
