I called from the time I sent in my product for a rebate. I found out from Bob Moe (after he was brought in to "get things in order") that my rebate form had been shoved into a drawer. I was in line to get my rebate at that point.
Months passed, and no rebate. I kept calling, only to be told that I was in line. Finally, I was told that one of the owners had split, so they were hurting for funds. Next thing I knew, the number was disconnected.

Erin,
Your welcome, remember to keep looking at the website and i will see if I can post the address if they are still there. However, I am not sure how good it will do for you, since you would probablly have to come down to SC in person to them to get anything back, if you get anything at all. They use several different names for their companies the one that runs out of charleston is called environet, along with diversified solutions, and the many others they use. I went to one of their "can't miss" 200$ seminars that was actually in knoxville. Well i can tell you that it was a can't miss. And to top it all off, I left my car in the parking lot of the office we "worked" out of, and it rained so bad that weekend that my car flooded out and I had to get rid of it. That let me know that there was a sign to get out of there before I did anything else. Well just remember I will be home for the holidays so check back then.

I thank you for your response. Recently I was able to contact Bob Moe in the Paragon office in Florida because that is whose signature is on my letter. He said that the whole company basically lost money and could not pay me back (BOY THAT IS A GOOD ONE). I think I just might take him to small claims. Thank you for your time again.

Erin after reading your report it brought back alot of what I went through with the charleston office. Basically what I and some others did was get together and drafted a formal letter stating if we weren't refunded then we would take legal action. We had contacts to the fbi as well. We then all went to the office or there so called company warehouse which is just basically a garage where they stock very little product and on of the owners keept his truck and boat. I don't know if they are still there. This office was in Summerville, SC not too far from Charleston. I am going home on leave to charleston soon and I will go by the place and see if they are still there and get the address for you. Even if you do get a refund you still don't get all of your money back, because they subtract your downlines commissions and stuff like that. I wish you success in getting your money back. Keep looking for my posting, I will be back in SC after the 19th of Dec.
