Complaint Review: Dmoving Moving Company owner Eddie Bedford - Plano Texas

The Dmoving Company owner, Eddie Bedford, is a convicted felon. Eddie Bedford is known as a liar, deceiver, con man, and for the grand finale, a Convicted Sex Offender. The State of Texas sentenced Mr. Bedford convicted for his heinous crime, to a ten-year prison sentence, but only served a four-year period. Bedford has been known to defraud the public and any body whom crosses his path. I would like to start by telling you Eddie Bedford is a major con artist. Eddie Bedford stated he has earned a Certification as a PhD doctor. This is a bogus Certification, as he is not capable of earning such a degree, but is a doctor of how to be total be a con-artist, as Eddie Bedfords interests is to practice defrauding the public. Eddie Bedford claims he is the owner and operator of several moving companies. Dmoving, Moo-ving.com, major league moving, uptown moving, exotic packing.com. I worked for Eddie Bedford and I have seen first hand, all his dishonesty and I am completely shocked and appalled at his business practices. Eddie Bedford states he has his records sealed w/ an attorney.

Eddie Bedford is also on probation in Collin County for beating his X-stripper wife. This is a five-year felony charge and proud to boost this is his other crime. Eddie Bedford would instruct me pick up countless illegal aliens from Plano and in the McKinney area too. Then take these men to location's, then work these poor guy's for days and then when I would try to collect there pay checks but Eddie Bedford always ignored and refused to pay all them. He would send homeless people off the street that have not eaten, or showered for days into customers homes to move their furniture and belongings to their new location. I would have to watch them to make sure they didn't steal from the customer. I could only watch theses men to a certain degree and still try to do the work needed to earn a living but never received my pay. Having to earn a living to survive in our destroyed economy, and then having to deal with a sociopath like Eddie Bedford, had turned out to be the most negative experience I ever encountered by just trying to make a living, but as time went on I learned this was my worst decision of my life! The reason he had to use illegal aliens, and the homeless is because he has refused to pay and stolen from his workers for years, he can't find people to stay with him because he has two perverted personalities or issues. Every person who knows of Eddie Bedford, has mentioned state Eddie Bedford from the illegal aliens, homeless people that he used as movers, businesss that would cash his checks and get stuck w/them because he wouldn't have the money in the bank to cover them and refused to make it right. Even the teller where Eddie Bedford banks at in Allen told me he hardly ever has the money in the bank to cover the checks he writes. I also would like the public to know of the countless damages that he has done to peoples furniture, homes, and lives.

Also, it doesn't stop there he would send people out to do these moves that were convicted felons often wanted by the parole department and INS. His adds are completely false, and misleading as well as his rates. He has gone as far as holding people's furniture on the trucks until they pay an outrageous amount never giving the devastated, customer a moments thought. Thats why I'm letting the public know so this very sad man wont hurt them. In the end Ed stole money from me. Ed asked me to buy fuel for his one and only boxed moving truck that happened to be a rental; after Pensky took there trucks back because Ed refused to pay the lease payments on them. He still refuses to pay me for the last two weeks of work and money I unfortunately used my own money  to support his fraudulent business. By just looking at him you would never expect he would be capable of being such a total criminal. He tries to make his knowledge of business ethics as innocuous. But he is rather described as a dangerous manifesto and should be avoided and do business with this unpredictable individual. His name is Eddie Bedford I see him as the son of the Devil.
