Dollar Tree - Manager Jessica is Abusive, Unprofessional, and May Have a Mental Imbalance Witnesses Jessica screaming at your boy (maybe 13/14) and physically chasing him out of the store. Florida New York
Last week while waiting on the check out line, the store manager Jessica started screaming and running after some young boy (maybe 13 or 14 years old). She kept screaming for this child to 'get out of her store now, leave now, leave now, you are disgusting, get out of my store" I found it very strange how she was running after him and screaming very loudly. I figured he might be employed at the store because I have seen her yelling at other young male employees and belittling them in front of customers at the Florida NY Dollar Tree, as Jessica really seems to have problems with any young male employees. I have never witnessed such an unprofessional display by a manager at any store, even Walmart. This woman needs professional help and should not be allowed to continue working (much less managing) at this wtore. How she treats the young employees and her behavior in front of the customers is completely unacceptable. Upper Management needs to have her evaluated to see if she has some sort of personality disorder. I thought she was going to hit this young boy and all the while she kept screaming. I do not understand why she would not speak quietly with the boy if there was a problem or take him to inide an office. She kept screaming in front of a line of customers at the checkout line and would not stop. Eventually, the boys mother heard the noise and went up to jessica and explained to her that she really needs to learn how to speak to people and how to conduct herself professionally. It did not help, Jessica continued to go off on some tangent while the mother left the store. Someone at the corporate office needs to look into this woman's (Jessica) unprofessional screaming and yelling. I bet the employee turnover for young employees is extremely high at this store!
