Dolphin Carpet Cleaning Of The Palm Beaches, Dolphin Carpet And Tile Cleaning ripoff tile (grout) and carpet cleaning West Palm Beach Florida
company hired to clean tile grout and carpet after a demonstration was given saying 'this is what your grout will look like'.....also was told two coats of sealer would be applied that carried a 5yr. warranty.
when this company was finished, the floors were wet, and i was unable to see results. i was told to make the check out to 'cash'. i paid $650.00 for his service.
the next day, it was obvious the grout had not been properly cleaned, spots were missed and much of the rest was not cleaned as promised.
i contacted the owner, he approached me with an attitude and was not willing to make amends that week, saying he would 'come next week when i'm up that way'.
i phoned him twice early the next week, he finally told me he would come saturday and of course he did not show......meanwhile i phoned another company with a very similar name (thinking it might be a franchise) and was told that the man that did my work has a reputation for doing poor quality work, overcharging for it and not making amends. apparently the man i spoke with gets at least three calls a month, people asking the same questions i service performed on 11-7-07.
