Gave him a check for half down. He called from amscot to get permission to cash it. Why is a business man calling from amscot to cash a check? Doesn't he have a business account? He said he needed to cash it to buy parts and his bank would put a hold on it. Shouldn't a business already have the money to buy the parts? It was only $400. Anyway, I decicided that it was fishy so I didn't give amscot permission. Don told me to meet him at homedepot and I could purchase the parts. Guess who never showed....Ahole was going to take my money. Check out his other reviews. This isn't the first or second time he has done something like this.
