Charging over the rent ceiling cap for DC and all units have rodents infestation Trash and debris in front and back yard and defective lighting in and around building. All the units in this building are one bedroom he has over the max of people living in each unit.
No wonder the buliding has all these trash and debris around it there to many people living in this building. I moved out last year because i had no heat or hot water for a whole year. I had reported him to DCHRA he must have paid them off because nothing was done beware of this landlord he owns many buildings and house in the metro area.
