Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

First of all I would like to say thatthis was the biggest waste of money EVER!!!!$6,000 down the drain and now I have to live with this burden.Im African American and they definitely did not know how to treatmy hair texturedifferent from anyone else's hair textureas they claim. The hair is cheap, its IMPOSSIBLE to get your own natural clean because its ALWAYS matted down. I didnt even have a hair problem before trying the microdots systembut thanks to DonCosa Images the tightness of the hair piece pulled out a patch of my hair and needless to say i just had to cut the rest off and start over. Im still so upset over this, of their staff Trisha was nice but Angel and Vanessa were horrible, especially Angel who went MIA as soon as he got my signed contract. They did absolutley nothing to help me. Everyone do your homework before you decide to deal with a company. Theres no reason why any client should leave a business and not know that they made a purchase.I called many times to cancel it before the paper workeven started to no avail, including the night of the consultation.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASElearn from my mistake and save yourself literally from the pain and suffering.

Ok Stacy I never said that I just recently got the hair replacement done, as a matter of fact it's been almost 2 years actually it's been exactly 1 year and 6 months which would make sense why I would know of your employees by name. I just recently found this web site and had to voice my horrible experience with your company.

$6000 is a lot of money to be spent on hair in general and for me to end up with the results I did, it doesn't matter if it was 10 years from now I would still need to voice my OPINION. No wherein my post did I tell anyone to not visit your business, I simply said do your homework.Trust me if I had done my homework and haveknown of this web site and read all the reviews beforehand, I would never had dealt with your company in the first place. There's ways to do business with your clients and this was just simply not the way. I wish I got this much attention when my problem first arose...

And by the way, exactly what part of your agreement protects the consumer??? Because as I remember either way you put it the consumer either loses 50% or everything.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

First of all, I find this post hard to believe since the employee Trisha has not worked for the company in over a year and a half and we have not been on Grand Avenue for over four years.

If a client is dissatisfied with a companys product or a customer service why would he or she wait till a year and a half later to post a complaint about it.I, too, agree with this post, to do your homework before entering into an agreement with a hair replacement company. All of us have agreements to protect you, the consumer, and the company, so you know what your commitment is.

If a company does not stand by its agreement with the consumer then the consumer has the power to exercise his or her rights.

We welcome the opportunity to discredit this post and would like to remind people to keep in mind that not everything you read on these sites is true.
