Where to start.....
I met Donita with a phone call from her. She claimed she knew me from the past. For a half a minute I believed her. With my job duties I have lots of people trying to contact me to get something or a job from me. So I just went with it. I met Donita and she has a bubbly attitide and can sell Fire to hell.
First let me give you information that came straight from her mouth in her drunken stuper after drinks.
Donita lost her job at sheakley in Cincinnati Ohio about 7 years ago. She claimed she looked for jobs and could have had a few but refused to work for less than $50,000. She didn't have to really work because she still received alimony from her ex husband. After that ran out, the next 4 years she was on unemploymet and food stamps And moved in with her sister and rented her home at 3525 thorngate drive in mason ohio to a Korean couple that worked at p&g. They rented her home from her for a few years. (SCAM NUMBER ONE) the last year she collected the rent but never made any mortgage payments on the home. She pocketed the money. So imagine the renters faces when they found out they had to leave because she didn't make payments even thou they did the right thing and paid her.
During that same time (SCAM NUMBER 2) she cash advance tens of thousands of dollars from her credit cards. I beleive she told me $20,000. She said she put that money to the side and after all this scamming she simply filled bankruptcy on it all and got away with all that.
She then told me her sister would try to get her jobs but would purposely not get her jobs that made anything close to her in pay. (SCAM NUMBER THREE) She said she worked for her sisters boyfriend "d**k or Richard or something like that) that owned a roofing company in Cincinnati. The companies name was something but he changed it to MY HOME PRO. (Call him if you don't beleive all this, he will tell you.) Anyways, she said she would steal clients and not report all phones calls and give some of those jobs to her nieces husband for 50% of the profits. She did that for a month until something happen between them and then she would give the jobs to one of her sons friends. She gloated about how she did this without d**k finding out. She sometimes still claims she works for MY HOME PRO in Cincinnati. She does not work for them and hasn't for couple years now.
the reason I'm reporting all this, is to let potential employers and potential clients know who they are really dealing with. She became a good friend to me, so I thought. She would use me to try to get contracts and inside knowledge of bids. Granted I knew this in the back of my head. I just thought I was helping her get back on her feet to try to help her with landing contracts since she was always complaining about not being able to get a job and the troubles her son was in with the law and trying to help him get out of prison. She then told a colleague of mine which in turn got back to my employer about me giving her help with contracts And bids.
If you have employed or thinking about hiring Donita Clawson think twice. It might all seem like peaches and everything is going great. But, you have to ask yourself..... What is she going to scheme from you???

The REAL TRUTH and FACTS - These particular statements (NOT ALL TRUE) are of hardships in my life that I had to endure and were twisted into lies by specific FAMILY members! Who needs enemies when they have family like this is so surreal...
I am writing this rebuttal to you to clear my name from the false accusations that have been posted on your site, “both post- note seven months apart” are by the same person(s) my own family members retaliating because they believe I wrote something on Rip Off Report “ROR” about their company “Corbett Contracting USA”.
I’m “Thankful” to my friends and those who know me, for they know this couldn’t be further from who I am, if given the chance after reviewing the documentation proof, you will see both the post for what they are ~ lies.
It sadly grieves me that this false and miss leading information has been posted to discredit my character. This is a site where people can post opinions if you will, and should be seen as such! Whether they are true or false accusations, they unfortunately leave everlasting grave damage in the process to real people’s lives... I am a testament to that.
See the FACTS of my “ORIGINAL EMAILS” and Date correspondence between my Real Tenants for yourself before continuing to judge me. Thank you!
Due to a bad choice of words to a specific FAMILY member, it led them to believe I posted things about them, so this is how they retaliated ~ by posting lies about me to ruin my life.
It saddens me to even address this, but it’s necessary for unfortunately we live in a time where the internet is such a big part of all of our lives...
Please see my attached documents and ORIGINAL EMAILS/DATES from my Real Tenant’s not only showing they left due to his job transfer, but that all was/is well with us.
Note: I’m presenting the original emails from my REAL Tenant’s, in doing so I had to gray out pertinent information that would intrude upon the privacy of my renters and myself. I have attached a partial lease to show they were my “one and ONLY tenants”.

A family member always told me “that I always seek the truth”, or “want closure”. They said; “people don’t want to be confronted” “just let it go and move on - like it never happened”. I’ve even been told “No one looks at the internet anyway”. I’ve always thought that no matter what “we would be there for each other”. I don’t call it closure; but decency.
The picture of me is real. I’m not sure what the picture of the house posted with me is? It’s probably a home that this specific FAMILY member was doing work on. They owned their own construction company “Corbett Contracting USA” or did at that time.
I’ve been told by some lawyers not to address this. Others say by not addressing it - I look guilty. “Damned if I do - damned if I don’t”.
First: I have no animosity, only forgiveness and I except why they did it - but they were and are all wrong! Someone posted something pretty horrific about them, his prison record “which is a public record in the first place”, their company, and their family. They were very detailed and specific. Also, some picture(s) of some sort were posted as well. They convinced themselves it had to be me, however I had absolutely no part in it, but I have had to carry that burden...
Second: There is no “scam #1, 2, 3 or scam(s) period”!
Third: I did suffer as millions of others with the recession in the downfall of our economy in 2008, which lasted for years! I too lost my job as many other millions of people, finding a job was next to impossible, if not impossible because millions of people were being laid off at that time. This cascaded into further financial problems.
Fourth: I was never in any kind of drunken stupor, having a conversation with anyone, stating I refused to work for less than $50,000 - seriously how ridiculous! I have always wanted the best for all my family, wanting them to prosper and never thought that they would deter my success in anything.
Fifth: This specific Family involved another innocent person making it look like they had posted this; making them a victim as well in this vicious vindictive attempt to punish me!
To address the so-called scams:
Scam #1: See the ORIGINAL EMAILS and Note the dates between my Tenant’s and myself. They speak for themselves! We were and are still friends. Where I went wrong - I gave my lease agreement to “a specific family member” because they were going to lease their home and instead of using it to help them, it was used against me to create the second post (which they waited seven months later to post, so it would appear to be from another source; my tenants) now as you can see from the ORIGINAL EMAILS more LIES, more vicious attacks on me from these specific FAMILY members, how they plotted and continue to take this further...
Scam #2: Due to the economy, I continued to suffer financially and had to file bankruptcy in August of 2013 (after my tenants moved out, of their own accord due to his job transferring to another state). (Also, I was renting hoping that I could get back on my feet and keep my condo; however due to my hardships from the economy I was not able to do that.) NOTE: If I would have kept my rent for a whole year “as they posted”, the bank would have foreclosed on my home and my tenants would NOT have been able to PICK their date they were leaving! See My Tenants Original Emails... They even went as far as to end the post with; “God will punish her someway.” Since I believe and love the Lord, I leave this scripture ROMANS 12:19.
Scam #3: I must address - two different issues.
First Issue: I did work for a man named d**k. He had given me a job temporarily when the economy was still in a recession. As for taking work from him - I NEVER took any work from him he considered work he was going to ever do! There was no money exchanged or agreements for 50% “that doesn’t even make good business sense”!
Second issue: There has never been any animosity between us to the best of my knowledge. In fact, I used d**k as a reference until these false accusations were posted on this site. Furthermore, there was NEVER any work given to a friend of my son’s either!
It’s all too obvious that they were determined to hurt, humiliate, destroy, and/or ruin my entire life! You can only imagine how now no one wishes to employ me, date me or give me a chance and my health has been greatly affected.
This has and still is extremely difficult for me because sadly this post and the Other Post is actually by the same person(s)! This has damaged my relationship with those I loved most dear and I thought loved me.
I can only say I continue to love life, love animals and try and do the best I can. I am not without my own faults, nor claim to be perfect, but this is all been very shocking and difficult to cope with.
Dear Sir’s, after doing some research and reaching out to Maria Speth, a previous legal representative of Rip Off Report “ROR”, I was provided this email address to submit my information for your review. I’m asking for the post regarding this attack on me as an individual to be removed. (I’m not even an operating company.) It’s my understanding that the site “ROR” was established to warn of possible company’s fraud and abuse.
It’s my understanding the owner of this site “Rip Off Report” doesn’t care what it does to people’s lives, doesn’t really care if the facts are presented, if another human being’s life is ruined, or doesn’t remove false accusations, (unless you might possibly have thousands of dollars, and even then, it is not removed)!
Still I’m hopeful this is not the case and he decides to removes it all...
Please Mr. Ed Magedson, please, this has and continues to affect my life going on six years now...

Sometimes you have to do the right thing and speak up when others will not. I don’t believe that this website to be true. When I first met Donita I came across this website. But unlike others being a black man I have to give people a chance. Because a lot of times society sees the color of my skin and does not give me a chance. I would be a hypocrite if I didn’t give someone a chance To prove to me that they are not people say that they are.
The first time that I hung out with Denita was with her and her friend in a forest out in the middle of nowhere. Just going for a walk and talk as a group of friends. The day I read this post I felt that God was whispering in my ear. To take a chance and meet someone for reasons I have no clue at least at that point. I was breaking out of my shell. The world is a very scary place with all of its of habitants people are so hard to trust. I cannot say in my heart anywhere that the woman that I know Denita Clawson to be heartless. I work in an industry where I meet people who are heartless every day. I am excellent judge of character .
There are two groups that I constantly make comments on my Facebook wall and every day conversations. Angry hurtful emotional sure of everything people I come across. It is simple as black-and-white to me you’re either angry or you are at peace or you are working on being at peace. Denita if nobody else knows I know you are beyond a shadow of a doubt One of the few beautiful people beautiful humans left in the world. And if these people who have put this post up against you believe this then it’s not your loss. I let the angry people by themselves. I only have a few years left on this planet and I’ll be damned if one minute spent being angry hurt or broken by anyone. Spider-Man selfless HERO. YOU CAN EAT AT MY TABLE AND SHARE BREAD WITH ME AND MY FAMILY ANYTIME. LET ME TAKE IT THERE.......... MY n***a YOU ALWAYS GOT FAMILY. I say that with the most highest respect and regard. PS I spoke most of this into my iPad on the run forgive me for any graphical miss spellings I just did not have the time to correct them because I’m in a rush I got a lot on my mind but I have to stop for this people don’t realize how much we as humans hurt when you family you’re supposed to be Better than that. Some people don’t even realize when they better than that. Some people don’t even realize when they wrong. you should help your brother not tear them down all trying to get off the same rock. What’s wrong with saying I’m sorry or I really love you no matter what. Flaw we have as humans.. When it really comes down to how much do you really love that person and did the good outweighed the bad or did you just give up on them for one Measly second. Emotional check
