Dookiewear.com poor business Houston Texas
I ordered $30 in merchandise from dookiewear.com at the end of October, 2004 and like the previous reports for this company, my order never came and attempts to contact the company were futile. Finally, after over a month, my money was returned through paypal, which I had used instead of a credit card.
I don't know whether the company is bankrupt, out of service, or merely as swamped with orders as the FAQ page indicated, but since it was paypal verified I thought it would be safe to trust them. I am fortunate in that my money was recovered, although not through any effort of the company whom I was never able to contact through phone or e-mail.
It is rather baffling that despite their inability to fulfil orders at the moment, their page had still been up and accepting orders. I will refrain from making any judgements and merely advise consumers to take their business elsewhere.
