Dorsan Suites - Avoid This Hotel At All Costs! Ripoff! Kissimmee Florida
The Dorsan Suites is advertised as an all inclusive hotel with very reasonable rates. It is none on these. Do not stay here-don't even think about it.
I have stayed in many of the small family owned motels along 192 in Kissimmee;they aren't fancy but most are clean and safe and fine for a night or two. I expected the same from this place. Not so. The Dorsan Suites-as one eloquent TripAdvisor.com writer put it-looks like a low income housing project. And is just about as safe. I was offered drugs by two people standing around before I even got out of my car. It is not all inclusive-in fact,nothing is included. No meals,no phone in the rooms, no glasses,no sheets, no blankets, no hangers, no nothing. No locks either. I complained to the manager who was abusive(big surprise there) and threatening. I considered my safety at risk and got back into my car.
I left the Dorsan Suites and called Tourico,the website that rents rooms at this outrageous dump and they refused to help me in any way or refund my money. I stayed elsewhere,complained to the Kissimmee CVB and my credit card company which did refund my money(Bank of America-highly recommended)But avoid falling for this totally revolting hotel and stay away from Tourico too-what a bunch of scammers. Next,I complain to the Attorney General in Florida.Stay at a Days Inn instead.
