We were talked into doing business with this Firm after many conversations and vetting. Howere, to our dismay, very little occured during the first months of our contract. The Firm asigned numerous loss specalists, rarely did we commucate with the same person twice. The sales rep (Eduardo Curevo) was later terminated, he called me and told in October, 2010 that the Firm was not pursuing mitigations and that I should seek a refund ASAP as the owner or manager was "pocketing" the money. When I called, the person answering the phone about the call and she told me that Eduardo no loger was employed and that they were pursuing a loan modifcation and to wait another two weeks.

After a month, I called and was told by the manager (N. Persad) that he was taking our case over. A few weeks later, he called and advised that Chase was not willing to re-negotiate our mortgage and that the best they would offer was a reduction of $30.00 per month; he advised that it was not worht pursuingfor such a small amount andthat Isouldseek altwernative action. When I requested are fund for failure to achive a reduction, he advised that they did obtain a commitment of $30.00 per month and that fullfilled     their obligation and no refund was due.

There waas no one person assigned to ourcase, the Bank refused to work with the Firm, they refused to offer a meaningful reduction even t hough I was and still am disabled and living on a reduced income.
